I am qualified in Exercise Science, Sports Massage, Learn to Swim Instructor and Aqua Aerobics.  My career started as a Personal Trainer in 2006, working at various fitness centers, writing programs and instructing group fitness classes.   The experience I gained through Personal Training and Exercise Science gave me a deeper understanding of Sports Massage and the benefits attached to the treatment since attending the course in 2010.
